At Rock’s Cool, we love celebrating our students’ musical journeys and keeping parents involved. We take great care in how we use and share photos and videos of your child. Please read our Photo and Video Policy and complete the sections below.

1. Consent for Taking Photos and Videos*

YES, I give permission for Rock’s Cool to take photographs and/or videos of my child during music lessons, performances, or band sessions.

NO, I do not give permission for Rock’s Cool to take photographs or videos of my child.

2. Consent for Sharing with Other Parents*

YES, I consent to photos/videos of my child being shared with other parents whose children are in the same band/group.

NO, I do not want my child’s image to be shared with other parents, even in a group setting.

3. Consent for Use in Marketing*

YES, I give permission for Rock’s Cool to use images or videos of my child for marketing purposes.

NO, I do not give permission for any marketing use of my child’s image.

4. Declaration*

I have read and understood the Rock’s Cool Photo/Video Policy and this consent form. I understand that images will be stored and shared securely, and my rights under GDPR are respected.
